Complicity in the genocide in Palestine – the day of reckoning will come!

Western politicians, propagandists, media lackeys, and others are also complicit in the genocide in Palestine. They still feel safe because they have gotten away with it so far. That won't last forever.

Introduction

The Anglo-Saxon self-appointed rulers of the world established the “state” of Israel in order to dominate the Middle East. From the outset, chaos and destruction for all surrounding potential centers of power was the plan and program. The Zionist settler colony in the territory of Palestine was and is their tool.

For about eighty years, Israel has been practicing ethnic cleansing against the Palestinian population and trying to make Greater Israel free of Palestinians. For decades, Israel has been acting against international law—with total impunity and with the approval of the Anglo-Saxons and Europe. Israel can only get away with such atrocities because we applaud as if this situation were normal. Western politicians, propagandists, media lackeys, and others are fueling aggression, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and thus against mankind itself. Ultimately, they are also participating in genocide. This cannot go unpunished in the long run.

Meanwhile, the world powers are acting grandly. France is tentatively toying with the symbolic recognition of a Palestinian state. The EU is issuing half-hearted warnings about possible political consequences, which are nothing more than a fig leaf. Britain, the master of ambiguity, is advising Israel on how to wage “its” war ‘humanely’ and “rein in” the settler mobs terrorizing the West Bank. These are not serious threats, but empty, ineffective gestures aimed at maintaining the appearance of engagement while shielding Israel from its responsibilities.

This collective inaction—the choreographed outrage without real condemnation—is not simply indifference. It is condoning tolerance. It is the resurrection of Nazi ideology, only with a different flag and uniform. It is not only the imitation of the mechanisms of extermination, but also the same moral barbarism that made such atrocities possible.

This article is a follow-up to our article “Genocide as ‘self-defense’ – Western media as accomplices in the genocide in Gaza – We stand up!” from July 15, because we are staying on the ball.

Germany continues its shameful history.

The flagship of Germany's bought-and-paid-for propaganda machine is the Bild newspaper. On July 21, 2025, it headlined: "25 countries call on Israel to end the Gaza war. Good thing Germany isn't among them this time!“ Twenty-five countries, including the United Kingdom and France, had issued a lukewarm statement calling on Israel to ”end the war in the Gaza Strip now." Israel must comply with international law, they said.

Germany did not sign this statement. The foreign ministers of the 25 other countries condemned “the distribution of aid on a drip and the inhumane killing of civilians.” On July 22, 2025, Bild followed suit: "Explosive letter of outrage! SPD turns against Israel. The SPD parliamentary group in the Bundestag is calling on the federal government to change course in its policy toward Israel—without even mentioning Hamas, which is destroying every chance for peace and has been holding Israeli (and German) hostages for almost two years."

As I said, the empty words of the 25 European states are not meant seriously, but are merely intended to maintain the appearance of commitment in order to lull the world public and their own populations. But Germany is not even willing to make such a “gesture” – not because it does not approve of these despicable actions, but because it fully supports the Zionist propaganda narrative.

It should be noted that this is the course of action being taken: Bezalel Smotrich (Israeli Minister of Finance) said in early May 2025 that Gaza would be completely destroyed. The same minister had already declared in August 2024 that it was “justified and morally acceptable” for Israel to “starve 2 million civilians” until “the hostages are returned.” His counterpart, Itamar Ben-Gvir (Minister of the Interior and Security), made the following statement: “Food and aid depots should be bombed to exert military and political pressure.” In January 2024, he announced: “The only humane solution for Gaza is mass deportation.” These were not empty words or propaganda slogans. The world watches daily as these plans are barbarically implemented (for many examples, see here, here, and here).

This is reminiscent of the letter written by Reinhard Heydrich, head of the SS Security Service, to Heinrich Himmler on October 20, 1941, in which he complained about the lack of efficiency of the German bombardment of the cities of Warsaw and Leningrad and reminded the Reichsführer SS of Adolf Hitler's directive to “wipe out” the cities:

"I respectfully request that you be advised that the strict instructions issued regarding the cities of Leningrad and Moscow cannot be carried out unless brutal measures are taken from the outset. The head of Task Force A, SS-Brif. Dr. Stahlecker, reports to me, for example, that trusted informants who have crossed the line and returned from Leningrad say that the destruction in the city is still quite insignificant. The example of the former Polish capital (Warsaw) has also shown that even the most intensive bombardment cannot cause the destruction that was expected. In my opinion, incendiary and explosive bombs must be used on a massive scale in such cases. I therefore respectfully request that the Führer be reminded once again that unless absolutely clear and strict orders are given to the Wehrmacht, the two cities can hardly be destroyed."
Rolf-Dieter Müller: Hitlers Ostkrieg und die deutsche Siedlungspolitik. Frankfurt am Main, 1991, p. 161.

The Warsaw Ghetto

After the occupation of Poland in 1939, the German occupiers forced the Jewish population of Warsaw – around 400,000 people, almost a third of the city's population – into a cramped area surrounded by walls. Living conditions were catastrophic: overcrowding, hunger, diseases such as typhus and a lack of medical care led to an extremely high mortality rate.

Most of the ghetto's inhabitants were deported between 1942 and 1943 to extermination camps, mainly to Treblinka, where they were murdered.

Of the more than 400,000 people imprisoned in the Warsaw Ghetto, only a few thousand survived.

After the uprising in the Warsaw Ghetto in April–May 1943, Heinrich Himmler ordered the complete destruction of the ghetto. The aim was to wipe out the ghetto as a place of Jewish resistance and at the same time to set an example (documented in: Nazi Conspiracy and Aggression (Nuremberg Documents, “Red Series”) – e.g. document NO-2753).

The following individuals were responsible for carrying out the order:

Stroop documented the outcome of the suppression of the uprising and the systematic destruction of the ghetto in an official report entitled “There is no longer a Jewish residential district in Warsaw!”

https://collections.ushmm.org/search/catalog/pa5223

The Stroop Report was presented as evidence at the Nuremberg Trials (IMT Document 1061-PS). It explicitly states that the ghetto was to be “destroyed step by step” and “razed to the ground.” The operational reports of the SS and police in the General Government contain specific orders for the burning, demolition, and “cleansing” of the ruins (partially included in: Documents on the Jewish Policy of the Third Reich (Dokumente zur Judenpolitik des Dritten Reiches, ed. Eberhard Jäckel, Peter Longerich). "Through the use of demolition and arson squads, a total of 631 bunkers were blown up and over 2,000 buildings destroyed. [...] The goal was the complete destruction of the Jewish residential district.“ (Daily report, May 1943) ”The intention was to comb through and destroy the residential district house by house in order to break any remaining resistance and leave no hiding place." (Daily report, April 24, 1943)

The end of a war criminal

After World War II, Stroop was initially captured by the Americans. In 1947, he was sentenced to death in the “Dachau Trial” for his crimes against Allied prisoners of war (he was also an inspector in Greece, where he carried out brutal repressions), but was later extradited to Poland.

In Poland, another trial took place in 1951–1952, in which Stroop was charged with crimes committed during the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. The Polish court also sentenced him to death. On March 6, 1952, Jürgen Stroop was executed by hanging in Mokotów Prison in Warsaw.

The Siege of Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg)

The Wehrmacht cut off supplies to Leningrad (the second largest city in the Soviet Union and an important industrial and cultural center) from September 8, 1941, until its liberation on January 27, 1944, for almost 872 days in order to force the city to surrender. Hitler planned to starve the population rather than take the city directly in order to spare his troops. The city was surrounded by German and Finnish troops from the north and south.

The worst consequence of the siege was hunger. Food rations fell to 125 grams of bread per person per day at times during the winter of 1941/42. In some cases, bread was stretched with wood flour and other substitutes.

The city was also severely damaged by air raids and artillery fire, leaving many buildings in ruins.

The end of further war criminals

The siege of Leningrad also played an important role in the judgments of the Nuremberg Trials (IMT – International Military Tribunal). For example, Wilhelm Keitel, Chief of the High Command of the Wehrmacht, was held responsible for the starvation of Leningrad, among other things. The verdict states:

“Keitel signed and circulated the Commissar Order and issued orders which provided for the starvation of Leningrad and Moscow in order to exterminate their populations.”
IMT Judgment, Vol. I, p. 294 (English edition)

In the general section (on war crimes in the East), the court explicitly mentions the planned starvation:

„The Nazi plan to starve the population of the large Russian cities is evidenced by many documents. They planned to encircle and starve Leningrad and Moscow.“)
IMT Urteil, Bd. I, S. 228–229 (engl. Ausgabe)

The prosecution cited the “Hunger Plan” several times as evidence of a war of extermination:

“Millions of people were to starve in the East. Entire cities such as Leningrad were not to be conquered, but left to starve to death.”
Summary of the indictment – the exact quotes can mostly be found in the evidence, e.g., OKW documents.

These passages can be found, for example, in the official “Trial of the Major War Criminals before the International Military Tribunal” (Nuremberg, 1947 – the so-called “Blue Books.” They are freely available on the Internet, e.g., via the Avalon Project (Yale) or the Nuremberg Trials Project (Harvard).

On October 1, 1946, the International Military Tribunal in Nuremberg announced its verdict against 22 main defendants. Keitel was found guilty on all four counts (conspiracy, crimes against peace, war crimes, crimes against humanity). The blockade of Leningrad had been part of the Soviet indictment against criminal warfare in the East and was included in the judgment as evidence of the brutality of the war of aggression and the war of extermination against the Soviet Union as a whole.

On the night of October 15-16, 1946, Keitel was executed in Nuremberg Prison along with ten others sentenced to death (including Jodl, Ribbentrop, and Kaltenbrunner). Like Göring, he had asked to be shot as a soldier. This request was denied – he was hanged like a common criminal.

Further war crimes committed by the Nazis are being copied by Israel

Israel's current actions against the population of Gaza and the West Bank appear to be an almost perfect copy of the actions described above committed by Nazi Germany against the populations of Warsaw and Leningrad.

Screenshot from CBS video dated July 15, 2025

But that's not where the parallels end. In Palestine, Israel is not only destroying civilian buildings and driving out and wiping out the local populations, it is also using starvation tactics, which were classified as crimes against humanity at the Nuremberg trials.

Hunger as a weapon of genocide

After the majority of the population of Gaza expressed its confidence in Hamas, it has ruled there virtually alone since 2007. Since then, Israel has imposed a blockade on the Gaza Strip. This affects the movement of people and goods, including food, medical supplies, fuel, and building materials. Officially, the blockade was justified as a security measure to prevent arms deliveries to Hamas.

Since the attack on Israel by Hamas-led fighters on October 7, 2023, senior Israeli officials, including Defense Minister Yoav Gallant ("“We will impose a complete siege. No electricity, no food, no water, no fuel — everything is closed.”), National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir (“As long as Hamas does not release the hostages it is holding, only hundreds of tons of explosives from the air force should be brought into the Gaza Strip, but not a single gram of humanitarian aid.”) and Energy Minister Israel Katz (“For humanitarian reasons [seriously!!], I strongly oppose lifting the blockade and allowing goods into Gaza.”), publicly stated that they want to cut off the civilian population in Gaza from food, water, medical supplies, and fuel — statements that reflect the policy of the Israeli armed forces. Other Israeli officials have publicly stated that humanitarian aid to Gaza will be contingent on either the release of hostages illegally held by Hamas or the destruction of Hamas.

Meanwhile, 57 deaths from starvation have already been confirmed in Gaza in May 2025, and the numbers are rising daily. Thousands are facing starvation. Yet UNRWA reports that it has enough food to feed the entire population of Gaza for a long time. But Israel, which uses aid as a weapon and is protected by the US, is not allowing it into the country.

And just when you thought it couldn't get any more cynical, USrael has come up with another cunning plan: the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), a private foundation supported by the US and Israel, which was established in February 2025. It is registered in Delaware (US) and Geneva (Switzerland). Its official goal is to distribute aid such as food, water, medicine, and emergency shelter directly in Gaza—outside the structures of UN agencies or international NGOs that Israel considers too “close to Hamas.”

After months of hunger and bombardment, the GHF was yet another diversionary tactic – conceived by Israel, paid for once again by the US, not to end the hunger, but to neutralize international pressure. It has since proven to be yet another deadly betrayal by Israel. Instead of serving as a lifeline, these GHF “pipes” have turned into a veritable death trap. According to the United Nations, nearly 900 Palestinians, or 300 per month in the last three months, desperate mothers, fathers, and children seeking help, have been murdered.

Source: The Conversation

At home, they faced starvation, and in the distribution centers, according to the Israeli daily newspaper Haaretz on June 27, 2025, they were met with Israeli bullets. The same military that caused the famine is shooting the victims at the gates of their so-called salvation.

The US-funded GHF handed over control of food aid to Israel – and now young girls are being targeted at water collection points. All basic necessities—food, water, medicine—are no longer a right, but a weapon of Israel. A weapon to starve, deny water, and withhold medicine—designed to imprison Palestinians and create the conditions for “voluntary” ethnic cleansing.

It goes without saying that deliberately starving the civilian population is a war crime under international law. Even though Israel has only signed but never ratified Additional Protocol I of June 8, 1977 (“Protocol I of June 8, 1977, to the Geneva Conventions of August 12, 1949, relating to the Protection of Victims of International Armed Conflicts”), it nevertheless applies to Israel as customary international law.

But our politicians, such as Chancellor Friedrich Merz and their palace propagandists, babble about Israel's right to self-defense in this context.

New concentration camps of the Zionazis

In the past, numerous respectable individuals and organizations have repeatedly referred to Gaza as “the world's largest open-air prison”: Jimmy Carter (former US president: “Gaza is now the world's largest open-air prison.”); David Cameron (former British Prime Minister: “We do not want people in Gaza living in a prison camp.”); Desmond Tutu (Nobel Peace Prize laureate, South African archbishop – Tutu repeatedly compared the blockade to apartheid conditions and spoke of Gaza as a “prison”); Organizations such as Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, and UN representatives often use terms such as “open-air prison” or “prison camp” (example: UNRWA Director John Ging (2008): “Gaza is a prison — it's an open-air prison.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during a bilateral dinner with US President Donald Trump at the White House in Washington, DC, USA, on July 7. – Reuters

Now USrael has surpassed even the oxymoronic “Humanitarian GHF Foundation” and presented a new Orwellian plan: a “humanitarian city” in which 600,000 Palestinians from northern Gaza are to be housed in a walled compound in the south – where you can check in but not check out. The new Israeli concentration camp, in which more than a quarter of Gaza's population is to be interned, dwarfs many of the Nazi camps of World War II.

Calling a concentration camp a “humanitarian city” is part of Israel's war of words. In this context, Israel has perfected the manipulation of language. Israel is not starving the Palestinians; it is imposing “calorie restrictions.” It is not building ghettos, but “security zones.” It is not carrying out ethnic cleansing, but offering the opportunity for ‘voluntary’ emigration. And now it is not committing mass expulsions, but proposing a “humanitarian city.”

In contrast, Gideon Levi points out the following:

The Jewish state is building a ghetto. What a terrible sentence. It's bad enough that the plan was presented as if it could be legitimate in any way—who is for concentration camps and who is against them?—but from there it's only a small step to an even more terrible idea: Next, someone could propose setting up an extermination camp for those who fail the screening at the entrance to the ghetto. Israel is already killing Gazans en masse, so why not streamline the process ... Someone could also propose a compact crematorium on the ruins of Khan Yunis, access to which, as in the nearby ghetto in Rafah, would be purely voluntary. Voluntary, of course, as in the “humanitarian city.” Only leaving the two camps would no longer be voluntary. That's what the minister proposed...

Approval of genocide and war crimes is punishable under the German Criminal Code

Incitement of the people (§ 130 StGB)

In particular, incitement of the people (§ 130 StGB) is punishable. This includes approving, denying, or trivializing the Holocaust or acts of genocide in a manner that disturbs public peace (Section 130 (3) StGB), inciting hatred against parts of the population or calling for violence and arbitrary measures (Section 130 (1) StGB) or publicly calling for criminal offences (Section 111 StGB). Anyone who publicly calls for a war of aggression, war crimes, or crimes against humanity is liable to prosecution. Under certain circumstances, the approval of such acts may also fall under this provision.

Section 130 (3) refers only to Nazi crimes. However, since October 2022, Section 130 (5) of the German Criminal Code (StGB) has also been in force, extending criminal liability to the denial or gross trivialization of all genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity—no longer just Nazi crimes.

The exact wording (Section 130 (5) StGB) is as follows:

“Anyone who publicly or in an assembly denies, grossly trivializes, or approves of an act described in Section 6(1) of the International Crimes Act that was committed in a present or past actual act in a manner likely to disturb public peace shall also be punished.”
(Section 130 (5) StGB)

Rewarding and approving criminal offenses (Section 140 StGB)

It is also important to note the rewarding and approving of criminal offenses (Section 140 StGB): "Anyone who publicly rewards or approves of an unlawful act under Sections 138, 126, 129a, 129b, 211 to 218b, 226a, 306 to 306c or 316a to 316c in public (...) shall be punished." Although war crimes are not directly included in this list, murder (Section 211 StGB) is included. Many war crimes are also murder. Therefore, Section 140 StGB may also apply here.

Reason for criminal liability

Criminal liability arises from the protection of public peace, human dignity, and legal peace. When someone publicly approves of war crimes, they are presenting the most serious crimes under international law as justified. In doing so, they violate not only the dignity of the victims. They can also incite hatred or violence against certain groups of people. They can encourage others to imitate such acts or fuel existing stereotypes.

The legal system is designed to prevent such things from becoming normalized in society. That is why approving such acts is punishable by law—just like approving terrorist attacks.

The fundamental right to freedom of expression (Article 5 of the German Basic Law) ends where it encroaches on the core of human dignity—for example, when justifying the most serious crimes against humanity.

The evasion tactic of Israel's alleged right to self-defense

What was that again about the Gleiwitz radio station?

“Since 5:45 a.m., we have been firing back! And from now on, bombs will be answered with bombs!”
Adolf Hitler in front of the Reichstag on September 1, 1939

Adolf Hitler said this in his speech in front of the Reichstag on September 1, 1939, to justify the German attack on Poland. The sentence was intended to portray the attack on the Gleiwitz radio station and other staged border incidents (false flag Operation Himmler) as Polish aggression—the aim was to present the German attack as “necessary self-defense.”

The typical Western narrative (as expressed, for example, by Friedrich Merz on May 26, 2025, during a WDR interview) is that Israel's actions in Gaza can only be justified as self-defense ... if certain boundaries are crossed. Merz further emphasized that Germany must speak out when international humanitarian law is violated. These conditional clauses completely ignore the fact that these lines have long been crossed and that countermeasures by Merz & Co. would therefore be appropriate – but of course, nothing but lukewarm words are forthcoming.

In reality, however, this narrative ignores the crystal-clear situation under international law. Prof. Dr. iur. et phil. Alfred de Zayas, international lawyer, historian, and former UN mandate holder, sums it up in a nutshell:

"In this context, it must be remembered that the Palestinians have been suffering expulsion and occupation not only since 2023, but since 1947. Furthermore, according to the UN Charter and Article 1 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Palestinians have the right to self-determination and a right to resistance against the occupying power that is recognized under international law.
If a state occupies foreign territory, oppresses the population, severely restricts their living space through illegal settlements, and bombs hospitals and schools—in other words, flouts international law—no one would think of granting the oppressive state a right to self-defense and supporting it in its oppression when the oppressed fight back, even if their actions are violent."
(Prof. Dr. iur. et phil. Alfred de Zayas)

He refers to a relevant UN resolution.

"Right of resistance of the Palestinians and all those living under occupation, Article 7 of UN Resolution 29/3314: Definition of aggression
This definition [of aggression], in particular Article 3, shall not prejudice the right to self-determination, freedom and independence of peoples who have been deprived of this right by violent means and who are mentioned in the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, in particular those peoples who are under colonial and racist regimes or other forms of foreign domination: nor the right of these peoples to fight for this goal and to seek and receive support in accordance with the principles of the Charter and in accordance with the above-mentioned Declaration."

Complicity in genocide

According to the German Criminal Code, if several perpetrators commit a crime together, everyone who makes a significant contribution to the crime based on a joint plan is punished.

USrael could never, ever carry out the monstrosities described above if Western politicians, propagandists, media lackeys, and others did not actively ensure that USrael goes unpunished and that no one seriously objects. Constant propaganda ensures this. This has been part of the joint diabolical plan from the very beginning.

Methods of desensitization, deception, and fraud are used scientifically and systematically. Systematic mass crimes are reported over months or years in such a way that, over time, genocide becomes “just another news item.” The shock effect wears off, and viewers become accustomed to it. Daily deaths are packaged into abstract statistics. “10,000 dead” sounds as distant to many as “100,000 dead.” Without names, stories, and images of individual fates, there is no emotional connection. New “crises” replace old ones. Genocide recedes into the background when another major event makes headlines.

The sensory overload of constant confrontation with violence, disasters, suffering, or extremes (e.g., in the news, TV series, video games) leads to desensitization to human suffering. Attention moves on, and perpetrators can continue almost undisturbed. Our quality media work on this day in and day out.

From an unjust state to a constitutional state and back to barbarism

Immediately after the end of World War II and the atrocities committed by the Nazi regime, the mothers and fathers of the German constitution understood that there is an absolute, unconditional limit that the state must never cross: the dignity of every single human being.

The wording “Human dignity shall be inviolable” in Article 1, paragraph 1 of the German Basic Law is no coincidence, but rather the expression of a conscious, historical decision. “Is inviolable” is an assertion of existence. It declares dignity to be the absolutely protected core of every human being, which is untouchable in itself, regardless of what someone wants or does, no matter how terrible. “Is inviolable” is metaphysical, existential. The state cannot violate it without delegitimizing itself.

This is why it is immediately followed by the phrase: “It is the duty of all state authority to respect and protect it.” Its inviolability leads to an immediate duty to protect.

After the totalitarian regime, it was thus made clear that human dignity is beyond the power of any authority. It is an irrevocable foundation that even constitutional amendments cannot touch (cf. the eternity clause in Article 79 (3) of the Basic Law).

This laid the foundation for Germany's transformation from an unjust state to a constitutional state. However, the current collusion with the perpetrators of genocide in the Middle East is leading straight back to barbarism, and this must not go unpunished.

We need a new Nuremberg Trial

General Emerson Curtis LeMay was a high-ranking US general in the United States Air Force and is known for his central role in the development and execution of strategic bombing during World War II and the Cold War. He was responsible for the firebombing of Japanese cities, including the devastating attack on Tokyo in March 1945, which killed over 100,000 people. During the Cold War, he was head of the Strategic Air Command (1948–1957) and made it a central component of the US nuclear forces. In the Vietnam War, he was a vocal advocate of the bombing campaigns ordered by President Lyndon B. Johnson and US Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara, such as Operation Rolling Thunder against North Vietnam.

Robert McNamara quotes LeMay in Errol Morris' documentary film “The Fog of War” (2003) as follows:

„LeMay said, if we had lost the war, we would have all been prosecuted for war crimes. And I think he’s right. He, and I’d say I, were behaving as war criminals. LeMay recognized that.“
Robert McNamara

Robert H. Jackson was the chief prosecutor for the United States at the Nuremberg Trials against the major war criminals after World War II. In his opening statement on November 21, 1945, he stated:

“We must never forget that the standard by which we judge these defendants today is the standard by which history will judge us tomorrow.”
(Robert H. Jackson - IMT, Vol. 2, p. 101)

And he continued:

“This law will initially be applied against the German aggressors, but it implies that, if it is to serve any useful purpose, it must also condemn the aggression of all other nations, including those now sitting in judgment here.”
(Robert H. Jackson - IMT, Vol. 2, p. 154) Video

Conclusion

Our Western justice system not only reflects the spirit of the times, but also depends on the respective balance of power. Clear legal principles can become blurred depending on the mental state of society. What is crystal clear on paper (and according to the will of the international community) is often turned into its opposite in practice.

However, this does not alter the fact that the original principles of international law, particularly with regard to human rights, are an expression of the natural morality of humankind. They therefore have a natural validity that cannot be overridden by any amount of legal wrangling or propaganda. Those responsible must not escape the punishment they deserve.
