Introduction
The input event, which took place on March 22, 2024 in Zurich-Kloten, was entitled "Russia/Switzerland/Neutrality". Russian Ambassador Sergei V. Garmonin ("Swiss neutrality"), top Swiss diplomat Jean-Daniel Ruch ("The position of Swiss diplomacy") and Peter Hanseler ("The view of the Russian-Swiss") were invited.
