Pablo Sanz Bayón – Author

Pablo Sanz Bayón holds a Doctorate in Law (awarded the prize for best thesis in 2015–2016) and is a professor in Madrid, where he co-directs the Garrigues-ICADE Chair in Corporate Law. A specialist in corporate law and the regulation of financial technologies, he has conducted research at Cambridge, the Max Planck Institute, China, and Australia. He regularly teaches and speaks at international universities and forums, while also contributing to Spanish media and being the author of several recent works, including Dinero, crisis y poder global (2021) and Polis y justicia (2023).
