Alper studied Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Łódź in Poland, and is currently pursuing an MA in Political Science at HSE University in Moscow.
His research ranges from political regimes to global power dynamics. Basically, anything that keeps diplomats slightly on edge. He spends most of his time trying to make sense of it all, occasionally successfully.
